Our collaboration with Butcher's Hook for their 5th Birthday. A strong pale, hopped with Citra and Amarillo, designed to sit between East and West Coast in style. Lots of juicy hops and an oaty malt bill, fermented on London Fog the the East and a shed load of bittering hops for the West. Here's to their 5th birthday and here's to another 5 years!
