Named for a broad genus of berries and brambles, remarked for their role as secondary successional species, to mark the first of our Symbiosis beers under our tasty new branding. Rubus combines Australian Vic Secret and American Centennial. This beer fits snugly between a tropical monster and a citrus bomb. A mixed fruit bowl on the nose is followed by ripe tropical fruits and a short, crisp, citrus finish. Wheat a'plenty give us a smooth and full mouthfeel.
