Little Wolf is our tribute to the human collaboration between our brewer Paul & his wife Jen, to produce baby Ralph, a name which comes from the old Norse word for wolf. It is a pale coffee IPA, with the hop bill designed to accentuate the sweet, fruity notes from the Ethiopian Wote Konga Yirgacheffe coffee, sourced from local roaster Heart & Graft.
