Wild Ale with brettanomyces, matured in white wine barrels.This beer had its primary fermentation in our oak foeder with belgian yeast, before we transfered it to different white wine barrels with a blend of brettanomyces strains for a 13 month long secondary fermentation and maturation. Blended and matured in steel tank for further maturation.
