In tribute to the man "Yuri" and those who know him, and the wonderful work he has done curating the magnificent beers he serves at Foeders in Amsterdam and Het Lagerhuys opening soon. Our darkest sour of the season and a sublime disobedience to classic styles. Blended with our oldest barrel of fine sour ale. Rich dark local malts from Tennessee and North Carolina, open fermented and aged in Cab Sauv barrels. Sweetened with blackberries and blueberries and balanced with smoked sea salt. This beer is best enjoyed near water with sour dough bread.
