The protagonist is hops, with the notes of Simcoe of pine and mango, mosaic with grapefruit and sweetcorn, and with the Centennial and Cascade we have just rounded it. In the fermenter we have done a good dryhopping carefully recirculating the hops oils from the top to the bottom of the tank.
