Weird Beard Two Minutes To Flameout DDH Soured IPA For our 600th gyle we decided to brew an amped up version of Sourslave. When we add hops to a brew, we time it backwards like a countdown, until the time before we stop the boil of “flame out”. The later the hops go in, the more flavour and aroma the beer gets. This time all the hops went in 2 minutes before the end of the boil, or Two Minutes to Flame Out if you like. Oh, and the we dry hopped it, not once but twice. Enjoy this delicious well balanced sour IPA, packed with tropical fruits flavours and strong hop presence.
