Uwarzyliśmy to piwo kooperacyjne z Goncalo Faustino z Maldita Brewing Co. – wielokrotnym medalistą bardzo prestiżowych konkursów w świecie piwa. Wspólnie pracując nad recepturą staraliśmy się, aby faktura piwa była gładka i aksamitna. W smaku i aromacie wyraźne nuty słodowe, podane z owocami zbieranymi późnym latem. Całość pokropiona utlenionym alkoholem – poezja w płynie. We brewed this cooperative beer with Goncalo Faustino from Maldita Breweing Co. – a multiple medallist in some of the most prestigious competitions in the world of beer. Working on the recipe together, we storve to achieve a smooth and velvety texture in our brew. Both the flavour and the aroma feature distinctive malty notes blended with late-picked autumn fruits. The whole is sprinkled with oxygenated alcohol – liquid poetry.
